Tanks

The Hateful Strike
This attack will -always- hit the nearby player with the highest amount of current health. Normal aggro does not apply to this ability. To work around this, we appoint 1 Maintank and 2-3 Hateful Strike "Soakers". Tanks should coordinate in their tankchannel how much health the soakers can reach fully buffed, and then call out for the MT to have 1.500 health less than that.
The Maintank will have aggro on Patchwerk the entire fight, and will be the target for Patchwerk's auto-attacks.

The Hateful Strike cannot crit, and cannot be a crushing blow. This means that defense-cap (440) can be sacrificed to increase Armor, Avoidance and Stamina. The maintank should remain def-capped.
The Hateful Strike hits for around 8.500 damage every 1.2 seconds.

Additional Tank buffs for Patchwerk:
Bring the following consumables in addition to your standard ones:
- Zul'Gurub potion: Spirit of Zanza (lasts 2 hours)
- Blasted Lands potion: Ground Scorpok Assay (lasts 1 hour)
- Everlook consumable: Juju Escape x 10 (lasts 10 seconds, 1 minute cooldown)
- Camp Taurajo buff: Razorhide (lasts 10 minutes)

Note: You cannot actually "bring" The Razorhide buff from Camp Taurajo with you since the only way to receive this buff is by talking to an NPC and he will give you the buff immediately. It requires you to have 4 Blood Shards (from the tankbank - otherwise they are also easily farmed by killing Bristleback or Razormane mobs near the camp).
Tanks will have their Hearthstones set in Camp Taurajo and take a Pre-Summon to pick up the Buffs before we pull.
Secound option is, that all tanks will take a portal to Thunderbluff and fly to Camp Taurajo and wait there until the raid is prepared to start the fight. Then the raidleader will call out of the tanks to turn in the quest, and they will be summoned into Naxxramas by our warlock alts (positioned next to the instance entrance) immediately after that, and then we will do the pull shortly after.

Healers

Maintank
The Maintank will have aggro on Patchwerk the entire fight, and will be the target for Patchwerk's auto-attacks. These are not a big deal and can be healed through fairly easy. We usually assign 2 resto druids and 1 other healer, either priest/shaman.

Soakers
The Hateful Strike soakers will be the primary healing targets. Hateful Strike hits for around 8.500 damage every 1.2 seconds to one of the Soakers (it can be parried/dodged/blocked for less damage).

In order to make sure that the Maintank doesn't get hit by the Hateful Strike, it is essential that there is atleast one soaker with more health than the Maintank at any given time. If the healers fail to keep the soakers healed up to above the maintank, then Patchwerk will now hit the Maintank with Hateful Strike, causing the death of the maintank when combined with the auto-attacks that he also receives.

There are 2 strong procs which must be up on the Soakers at all times = Ancestral Fortitude (shaman) and Inspiration (priest). Each of these procs will give the Soaker 25% more armor. They also stack, resulting in a total armor increase of 56%
In order to keep the Soakers always affected by those 2 procs, we assign priests and shamans to cast low-ranked Flash Heal and Lesser Healing Wave continuesly on the tanks, until they land a critical heal, and the proc happens. It lasts for 15 seconds.
