All the above items with NR enchantments applied on them give you +220 NR
Member Requirements are 228 for melee since that way you reach the resistance cap when fully buffed.
So for the last 8 NR u can use a green ring with 10 stamina 10 NR.
That can be aquired in silithus farming lesser wind stone bosses and turning in the bos tokens for the repeatable quest that gives you a bag full of pots/scrolls/greens.
There are also those bracer	http://db.vanillagaming.org/?item=17746	for some NR but imo they are not worth it . those were used only before they introduced the Cenarion hold recipes.
And these 2 helmets	http://db.vanillagaming.org/?item=12953	http://db.vanillagaming.org/?item=12952	if u are lucky enough to get one with NR on it in UBRS. Not worht to farm it only if u manage to get it while running there.
Try to get around 200-220ish NR!
Frost weapons for Visc
Coldrage Dagger: x2	https://classicdb.ch/?item=10761	Dagger with chance on hit to deal 22 frost damage. Drops off Amnennar the Coldbringer in Razorfen Downs. You can easily solo this.

Hammer of the Northern Wind Mace with chance on hit to deal 22 frost damage. MAIN HAND ONLY. It's a world drop, so you can find it on AH.
